Vinh Do

  • Vinh Do is a Seattle-based mediator and organizational consultant specializing in the intersection of conflict and change. He serves as an organization development practitioner for a government entity and runs a private firm, Brave Change Works, where he facilitates workplace disputes and consults on culture and leadership. A member of the vestry at Saint Peter’s Episcopal Parish, Vinh believes that conflict, when met with the right conditions, can be a generative force for growth.

Project Description:

Working from an organization development perspective, Vinh is conducting an honest inquiry into the culture and power dynamics of Saint Peter’s Parish during a period of transition. As the parish "pauses and begins again" between priests, this project explores the fundamental questions of who the community is, how it arrived here, and what it means to follow Jesus in this specific cultural and spiritual context.
